Reheat Instructions for pre-order items

Per USDA Foods should be reheated thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165℉



Turkey Breast


Stove Top Reheating Method (recommended if vacuum sealed)

- Bring large stock pot with water to a boil and then take down to a simmer.

- Place the sealed Turkey in simmering water.

- Reheat until desired internal temp is reached. (165℉)


Oven Reheating Method:

- Remove Turkey from plastic and place on a sheet tray or baking dish

- Do not slice  until reheating is complete

- Place a few pads of butter on top of the Turkey (optional) and wrap tight in foil

- Reheat at 200℉ - 225℉ until desired internal temp is reached (165℉)



Brisket or Smoked Cajun Ham


Reheat in Oven:

- Keep Brisket or Cajun Ham in foil and place on a large sheet tray or baking dish

- Do not slice until reheating is complete  

- Reheat at 200℉ - 225℉ until desired internal temp is reached. (165℉)



SIDES


Reheat in Oven:

- Preheat oven to 350℉

- Keep dish in aluminum pan and place in oven

- Bake until thoroughly reheated to desired serving temperature
